Went to have oil changed in December and everything went ok... until I had to take the filter off. Turns out that they screwed the filter on so tight that it snapped in half trying to take it off. I ended up calling for help and the manager was rude and ended up hanging up on me. She told me I didn't know how to take the filter off. The funny thing is I used to work for them! They said that they would not help with repairs or fix the damage they caused. Would definitely not recommend anyone doing business there.
