I don't know how many times I thought I had lost everything and would have to start from scratch again. Each time I contact Bill and he manages to bring my computer back to life again. He never makes me feel stupid, although he probably should at times. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I always know what the cost will be and given the opportunity to say yes or no before he proceeds. The Computer Guy will always be my computer go to man......
