Long story short, there are serious safety concerns. If you go to the website of Department of Family Protective Services you can read all about their 255 violations. Here is a small sample During the course of the investigation it was determined a two year old child did leave the facility and was unsupervised for approximately 20 minutes. The teacher responsible for the child did not know the child was missing. Based on the information received during the inspection it was determined two three year old children were also unsupervised on the day of the incident. One child
