i lived at terrace heights apartments with my 3 children, and my husband deployed shortly after move, and my apartment got broke into twice by some little gang running around there, not a safe neighborhood at all, i shortly broke my lease and moved out... always noisy and someone is always fighting or slanging drugs... horrible place for familys.. HORRIBLE
