went into shop to have a window pane replace. on 27 July 2010 said would be ready on the 28.I called before going and was told it would be done by 5pm.To my surprise they had not even started it. The young man said it be a few min after watching him break the first pane and then set the second pane it he informed me the frame was not square. I told him it was and he said maybe he did not get the glass square.so i said i come back the next day. after wasting 45 min.I return on Friday and paid for it25$ plus tax not bad.when they brought my window out to me i saw
