I have to agree with the other post about RUDE and CRUDE. If you think they are rude, you need to travel just a little North to a small town of Boerne. They have a "Manager" at this Branch that is the Queen of RUDE and CRUDE. This women needs to find a new career. I was told by her that they do not handle Mortgage Loans at this Branch, when I had called the Main Branch in San Antonio and they said that anyone of our Branch's could help us. I am an elderly lady that is unable to hear very well and unfortunately I had to ask her to repeat herself a number of differe
