We believe that Clower and Associates, (who have gone by other names in other towns) has the worst service and craftmanship we have even experienced. Besides their delaying work that was scheduled to be done for months , they also changed their 'agreed to' price AFTER the bill had been paid in full, and asking for more money. This company deserves NO STARS!
