The Bible says %u201Cthe borrower is slave to the lender." Wow that is true if you get involved with these people. I purchased a home with a loan from them in 2003. Get ready for all kinds of surprise "fees" and last minute changes. I felt like I got the shake-down when I closed this mortgage. Then every year the escrow was a nightmare, too high, too low, refund checks not cut as promised and statements that had errors. One year I got a statement that said I would get a $700.00 refund. I called to check because I knew that was wrong. And sure enough the
