I have never had such a horrible experience as I did here at East Texas Collision. The owner, Roberto, demonstrated extremely poor customer service skills as he yelled at me and ridiculed me over the phone. Completely unprofessional. I simply called to see when my car would be ready for pick up after I had waited 4 additional days for them to repair the mistakes they initially made. He proceeded to accuse me of the damages that were made in the shop and then hung up on me out of anger. A complete and horrible nightmare! I would never even think about taking your car h
