My family and i went there on Mothers day 2009.There wasn't anyone waiting in line to be seated.But once seated,it wasn't busy at all.The wait staff seemed like they would rather be elsewhere.Once we ordered our food,it was between 1 and 1 1/2 hours before we got our food.Itwas not that busy at that time.It is very frustrating when people arrive after you,get their food,then leave while you are still waitng for your food.I have seen better service at Chucky Cheese.There needs to be a major overhaul of personnel at this place,from management on down.
