I went to this bike store on a recommendation. I just moved to the Dallas area and did not know better. First of all I couldn%u2019t get anyone to help me. I did buy a bike from them. I spent $1100 and they did not have a part I needed and they said they would order it. They never called me. I waited a week and called back. The person who sold me the bike was not there. I left a message for them to call me. I still never heard from them. I called Plano Cycle and fitness. The gentleman on the phone was very nice and knew exactly what I needed. I went to Plano C
