Well, I will be honest, I did not receive any services from this business. They were so unprofessional over the phone that I didn't trust them with my business. They answered the phone "Hello?" What business answers the phone that way. I responded, "Is this a shoe repair place?" "Yes, what you want?" What do I want???? Nothing from you. Thanks.
