The grounds are not kept up. We had dirty diapers from above that stayed there for weeks outside our patio. We had a leak in the ceiling and maintenance did not clear the problem EVEN THOUGH I TOLD HIM HOW TO DO IT!!!!! Therefore, it happened again AND the standing water in the ceiling produced MOLD. We had to move because of the unhealthy conditions, but they would not cut us any slack and still charged us $2400 as a penalty for moving. We paid this as they sent it to a collection agency but are in the processs of acquiring legal assistance to hel
