My vet ran out of an expensive special diet that one of my cats must eat, and I had a very hard time finding another vet that stocked it. When I called Hurst Animal Clinic, I spoke with Betty, who acted quite pleased to tell me that they were unable to help me because I was not a client. She would not even look to see if they stocked the food, actually would not even let me tell her what kind of food it was, and informed me in a very condescending tone (calling me "honey") that they were not a pharmacy for other veterinarians.
