Roaches and rascals galore!!! Vermin everywhere, small tawdry, dirty apartments. You might get robbed at gunpoint because this " gated" community's gate never works and anyone can stroll in and do whatever. The parking lot floods when it rains, the roof leaks. Maintenance is nonexistent when something needs to be fixed. Rhonda and her management team couldn't care less about making residents happy. This place all in all is the absolute worst place in Waco. Do yourself a favor and do not move here.
