I just had the most un-believable bad experience with this company. I called and spoke to the owner of the business for a broken item. He said the item has two years warranty and asked me to send it back to him. I explained to him that the item was right around the two years borderline but he said to mail it back anyway. Inside the package, I put in a note to let me know if replacement is not possible, how much it will cost. Two months later, I did not hear back from them. I called and spoke to the owner again. He obviously mis-placed the box and had to go find it. Th
