Slow doesn't even begin to describe our experience. Our mortage co assigned Beckstead to our account. Once assigned, our mortgage co was unable to reach this guy to set up or appt. We actually had to initiate the calls & set the appt with his asst. Once in our home, he basically refused to listen to points of value. He walked in with a negative preconceived notion & kept repeating to us that the area was "over-valued!" Period! It took an additional 2 wks for him to submit his subpar appraisal. It was so poor, that the underwrite has asked for him to respond to questions -
