I've had the people at S&H do my taxes for the last few years. They work quickly and carelessly. It took them over a year to realize they made a mistake on my 09 taxes. Now I owe the IRS an extra 2k on top of what I am already paying this year. Last year I got money back so I was not prepared for this at all.
