I have known the Millers for years and had them pour my concrete driveway. Jason Miller was in charge of the project. He had his workers pour the concrete during the winter and it froze. For years I've asked them to do something about it. They have put it off year after year. For my credibility and knowledge of concrete I am an ICC Certified Master Code Professional and over 35 years of experience in construction.
