WARNING, STAY FAR AWAY from VIP. I had my upper teeth done by Dr Rick Ingram. It has literally been a living nightmare. I had teeth fall out over 20 TIMES often in the most embarrassing situations (my front teeth fell out over dinner with a date). Finally after he'd tried to cement another tooth back in 3 times without success, "Dr." Rick offered to pay for my work to be done at another Dentist who said that he filed my teeth down for crowns improperly.
