I pacifically ask before I joined this month to month tanning cycle that if and when I decided to cancel if I had to give a months notice or anything. The Blonde behind the counter said "No just come in and let us know and that's it". Today I went in and did just that and was told "Oh you have to cancel by the 15th of the month or you have to pay for another month" , LIARS!!! How unprofessional your untrained staff is.
