These girls have the worst customer service skills imaginable. They are rude, they do not follow any of the FDCPA rules or regulations, they are very unprofessional and will call and text you from their personal cell phones. They harass you constantly, call you 4-5 times a day, and call you at work and that is if you are 1 day late for your payment. And when you do make a payment they find some way to not apply the payment to your balance owed, like making up some service fee. I would not recommend this company to anyone! I am just hoping the company goes bank
