I would like to take a second and write what to expect from Provo Pediatric Dental. First off, the Dentist does a great job and is very professional. That being said the billing has been a nightmare! My wife went into the office and had them call our insurance to verify we were covered and what the total bill was going to be. They did this and paid the bill in full. Now a couple months later we get a bill twice the amount of our original! I called and the billing person Cheryle was rude and not willing to work with me at all. After we were told what the bill wa
