Ordered and paid in full for a grave marker for a relative's grave in February and office keeps telling us it is on order and not yet in. When I contacted the company about this the employee for the company making the marker had no order for it. I approached the person in the office at the cemetery about this and he became very defensive. Ask him to call company in my presence and he refused. Offered to write me a check for the marker, I declined. Still no marker and no real answers. Be very careful trusting what you are told by the office of this place.
