He does good work but unfortunately and surprisingly he turned out to be a liar. The project was 4 months overdue and as of this day 5 months after the contract was supposed to be complete, still incomplete. He has LITERALLY been saying for 4 months that "the check is in the mail" for return of some of my money. Really, he's been saying the check is in the mail and no check! He's a nice guy and I never would have thought it would come to this. I recently found a bankruptcy judgment from 2009 for his company too. :-(
