my husband and I walked in to look for some grout and in the 15 minute time frame we were there walking all over the entire store not a single person even said hello. But that is very poor service if you ask me. Even though people are busy with customers they can look up and at least aknowledge your presence or at least say I will be with you in a minutewe are spending quite a bit of money right now to bring model a very marge home and I guess they won't be seeing any of it..
