I brought my car to WT for a bad transmission. The owner 'Mike' said they don't do rebuilds and wanted to put in a used one. While the car was there I asked him if they could look at the A/C unit because the A/C was not blowing cold. Mike told me the A/C was at no charge. Since I wanted a rebuild I went to put my car up from W.T. I paid Mike the $95 for looking at the trans. BUT, he then charged me $95 for adding A/C refrigerant.
