I'm new to the area, female, and have had my share of horrible auto repair experiences in my 30 years of driving. AAA towed me to Master Mechanic from another shop in Chantilly after I felt like I was about to be ripped off. Not only were the quoted repairs at Master Mechanic LESS THAN HALF the price of the other place, they found something broken in the steering that could have caused me to crash! I'm taking them cookies for Christmas to thank them. I told everyone at my office about them and found out that about 6 people already go there. I can't say enough good things
