McCallum PC is a family owned business that provides inspection and testing for property development. Prior to development McCallum PC provides phase I and II environmental site assessments and geo-technical engineering testing of soil with our in-house drilling department. Our experienced technicians perform earthwork inspections from subgrade and foundation inspections to soil density tests. McCallum PC provides qualified field and certified laboratory testing of soil, aggregates, concrete, and asphalt. McCallum PC performs construction inspection of masonry, structural steel, pilings, and more. McCallum has an experienced environmental department which monitors underground storage tank (UST) removals, performs Site Characterizations, risk assessments and remediation.
