If you have a problem, forget about customer service. Their cleaning process destroyed two of my dress shirts and when I confronted the manager (Quark), he asked me if I wanted it fixed. Okay, sounds like a decent gesture, right? But there is a catch, there is no way to fix a 3%u201D gash in a long sleeve shirt and have it look normal. If you want them to fess up and either replace it or pay for damages they created, forget about it.
