McCain Consulting has been providing civil and environmental engineering, land planning, land surveying and permitting services for 20 years. We have completed thousands of projects throughout central and northern Vermont. Our diverse staff is capable of handling all aspects of the design and permitting process from start to finish. This includes land planning, site evaluations, on-site septic designs, municipal water/wastewater connections, road and driveway designs, wetlands evaluations, stormwater and erosion control designs, and property line surveys. We are experts at navigating the often complex permitting process and can assist with all local, state and Act 250 permitting.
