We purchased a Starband satellite system in 2002 and shortly after, we encountered software & satellite communication problems. After numerous calls to Mr. Toner and to Starband tech support, our issues had not been resolved. Startup (equipment) and installation was quite costly, and to boot, a change in satellites required us to make a logistically impractical & costly dish relocation. as luck would hve it, Verizon had installed DSL hub in our neighborhood, allowing us internet access full time and with virtually no service issues.
