I have rented on two occasions from Demars Properties and both times had a great experience. The apartments were clean and very well maintained. Easy folks to deal with, always attentive to my calls. My neighbors were quiet and easy to get along with. A very well run family business! The rents are reasonable and I would highly recommend these rentals.
