I bought 2 pairs of UGGS from the Williston Store the month of December 09, well I was walking up a snowy icy sidewalk and my left boot BLEW out of the toe and ripped open!! I was shocked practically in tears since I just spent my hard earned money ($139.99 plus product to protect them).. But everyone kept telling me don't worry Lenny's stand's by there products! I called the store the next morning and a manager answer's, tell's me "Oh no problem bring them right up and we will exchange them," Well,not the case, when I do bring them up a woman who was not so friendly tells
