I manage a complex in redmond and contacted Mr. Vandal to possible complete an audit of the HOA. I was rescheduled on several times. When I finally sat down with him and discussed what I needed his rates were outragous. Although he said ( I only hope he was joking) that there were things that I could do to him to reduce the rate.
