Review
I take notice to workers on the road. I notice that NCTC (I think is NCTC, if I am mistaken I apologize though I believe it is) has some labor ready flaggers now, and I don't like them. Often traffic will zip and zoom right by the flagger holding the SLOW sign... and well sure enough, that flagger is TEXTING. I've seen a lot of them texting, smoking and chatting with friends, only slightly doing their job. I've heard Carnes is bad but is Carnes flaggers really as bad as Labor Ready, come on now? Stop the Labor Ready flaggers, guys.
