JIM HART & ASSOCIATES did my waterfront survey in 2007. After I was granted my building permit from the City of Seattle in 7/09, a neighbor complained & JIM HART'S waterfront SURVEY was found to be INCORRECT!! My building permit was rescinded because of this inaccurate survey,& I lost close to $45,000 in extra expenses directly related to this BAD SURVEY, & as of 8/24/10, I STILL do not have my waterfront building permit back.
