Our 1998 chev suburban broke down in Yakima on Sunday just before Christmas and nothing was open. Fellow at Conoco station said to check out Pingrey Ford. Wow! These folks went above and beyond. Had our suburban towed to thier garage and they provided us a free loaner truck and told us to go on to Spokane and they would get ahold of us. Not only did they fix our broke water pump but did not charge us a dime for the loaner! Talk about great service! when its time to trade, we will surely go back. Thanks Dave
