We have gone to Cedars restaurant on our anniversary since we moved to kennewick, we love the food prime rib, is one of my favorites, the service is wonderful, the atmosphere is unforgetable and the view of the river is soo relaxing, we can't find a better place in the tri-cities, we love it...
