The place was in bad condition to begin with. The up keep was horrible. The blinds didn't match and the carpet had burns throughout. The realtor that the agency had sent out was an absolute curmudgeon. He had no personality and made us feel like we were wasting his time. he didn't know any idea on the neighbors and I found that really ironic because it%u2019s a 3 apartment style complex owned by one owner.
