I took my mother-In-Law's 4 month old PC to be worked on because it would not start up. I was told they would get it done in a few hours. The computer spent 3 hours there and then the Technician (Ryan) let me know it was about done. I went to get it. I was told they installed the Xubuntu system again and all was well. They had installed it originally three months back when the computer was brand new. I went home and started it. It did start, but it was loaded with strange data that made the start-up long and frustrating, and the wifi did not work
