My brother had an appointment to get his senior pictures taken on July 5th, 2012. After coming down with a double ear infection the week prior, he called in to see if he could reschedule. Dawn not only refused to reschedule, she also failed to be understanding at all. When he showed up to get his pictures taken, her studio was 100 degrees, he was sick, and upon request she failed to do anything to make the environment more conducive to taking a quality picture that will be shown during his graduation ceremony.
