We had already moved out of our house but needed to refinish our floors before putting it on the market. We had trouble with the scheduling-it seemed like they forgot about our job at least twice requiring several recalls and finally reminders by us. The results of their work was an unappealing, unevenly sanded-wavy-looking floor. They didn't move or protect our appliances and dented a panel on our stove as well as chipping some wood trim near the floor.
