It was our first trip to this Big Apple Bagels. A friend at work had told us how amazing the muffins were suppose to be. I purchased 2 six packs of muffins in all different flavors. When we got home we found the muffins to be extremely dry and flakey. I called the store and was treated horribly by the women working there. She was rude and started screaming (actually screaming) that her muffins were baked yesterday and weren't dry! (hello, yesterday?)day old muffins??????
