Their customer service and communication between eachother and myself was very unprofessional. Reciept for a $600 rug was written on the back of a business card...when I called3 hours later to ask the return policy she said that she did not know and she thought there was a restocking fee of $75. I did not think anything of that...I could handle that. After two weeks when they said that my rug was going to be there I begin to call to find out what was the hold up...it turns out that there was a 10 day holding period i you wrote a personal check..no one told me that... so he
