I was in the restaurant yesterday. While I was in line, 2 different people came back inside to complain about their chicken orders being wrong. Although the owner "fixed" the orders, there were no polite apolgies, no free hot rolls, or anything to make it up to the customer, who had to go out of their way to come back inside and get it right. I had ordered multiple ice cream dishes "to go". The cashier was friendly and tried her best to make sure the order was filled correctly.
