You would think friendly staff for a horicon bank. But with the way Jay V. runs this bank is horrible. Why is it when you go to this bank they make you feel as the customer that you are nothing but a problem. If i have my money in this bank i would hope to get a little respect. The staff is over worked and there opinion of customers is that we are very stupid. This never used to be like this.
