If you're looking for reliable, honest service look no further. One of the things that's always struck me about Colonial is that the staff is honest, responsible and responsive. Ask a question - get a straight honest answer. And if they can't do the job, you better believe they'll tell you who can, or at least who you can ask. They might be small, and sometimes the workload can back up, but just call in advance, they'll tell you honestly if they can fit you in that day, or when they'll be able to. I've had my car worked on there at least 6 time
