I needed to have a couple of extra holes punched into the straps of my back pack style Coach purse. Upon receiving my purse back I found that they had removed one strap and replaced it with a vinyl strap which did not make me happy. I took the purse back to find that the manger was not there so I left my purse there for the manager to look at upon her return. I left specific instructions with the person who took my purse back to not do anything to my purse and left an alternate phone to call due to them having my husbands cell number on file.
