Dusted "around" items, vacuumed on the wrong setting so nothing was vacuumed, left rings around the sink drains, the showers still had suction cup marks on the doors, water spots left on the faucets, crumbs left behind the small appliances on the counter, nothing "perfectly clean" about it. The owner did not care that she lost a customer and felt that her crew did the "best job they could"!
